After four sold out UK retreats I am beyond excited to invite you to retreat with me in Eastern Algarve, close to Faro. Located in a small fishing town, the historical villa boasts a rooftop terrace for yoga by the heated pool, a dedicated indoor yoga space, beautifully decorated spacious ensuite rooms, a library, meditation room, living room and courtyard. With the weather sunny, dry and  delightfully warm at that time of the year, and the venue conveniently located a 15min drive from Faro airport, this promises to be the perfect early Winter escape.

Participation in all sessions and activities is optional. There are plenty communal areas to connect with others or quiet spaces to be on your own, including a courtyard, the roof top, a library, the meditation room, a living room with open fire place, and a games room with pool table, so you can get out of the week exactly what you need.

We open the day with a morning meditation and breath work, followed by a more dynamic practice, and wind down with grounding practices including yin, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and sound practices in the evenings. Classes will be suitable for all levels.

The classes will either take place on the rooftop next to the heated outdoor pool, or in the indoor yoga studio studio, weather depending. There is also a dedicated meditation room.

All rooms are spacious and ensuite. They can be set up as double or twin rooms, and are luxuriously equipped 100% cotton bed linen, towels, LaEva gold standard organic wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner, hair driers, hammam beach towels … and yes, there is underfloor heating throughout. Some rooms have their own private outdoor space.

Daily maid service and a change of bed linen on day 3 are included.

Delicious healthy vegetarian brunches and dinners prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Fresh tea, coffee and water are available all day, and there is an honesty bar for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in place.
