YOGA AT HOME.

My private yoga and meditation sessions offer a personalised approach to support your individual goals, whether you're looking to reduce stress, build strength, improve flexibility, or simply take time out for yourself.

Suitable for all ages (including children!) and levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, these one-to-one or small group sessions are fully tailored to meet your needs. They provide a supportive space to explore or deepen your practice at your own pace, enhancing both physical and mental well-being.

Sessions can be arranged as a one-off or on a regular basis, and can take place in the comfort of your home or at a studio. I can provide props, including mats, blocks, and straps.

I have been teaching corporate yoga classes, chair yoga and meditation as regular weekly classes and for one-off events at various offices around London.

Yoga and meditation offer wonderful benefits for children and teenagers of all ages, helping to support their physical development, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

In my sessions for schools and nurseries, I use a playful and creative approach incorporating games, music, imagination, and storytelling to make each class engaging, fun, and age-appropriate. Through movement and mindfulness, children learn to connect with their bodies, build focus, and develop tools for calm and confidence they can carry into everyday life. It’s a joyful and enriching practice that nurtures both body and mind in a safe, supportive environment.

I hold a valid enhanced DBS and can provide references on request.
